Make Connections at the 17th Annual Business Expo and Car Show on September 23!

On September 23, the Savannah Chamber of Commerce presents the 17th Annual Business Expo and Car Show at the Savannah Civic Center from 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Admission is free and open to the business public.

Get to know the businesses making news around town at the Savannah area’s largest business-to-business trade show Thursday, September 23, at the Savannah Civic Center. If you want to succeed in business, you have to have connections, and here’s your chance to make them at the Savannah Chamber of Commerce’s 17th Annual Business Expo and Car Show Sept. 23 at the Civic Center. This year’s Expo theme, “Stayin’ Alive in Today’s Economy . . . the Power of Social Networking”, is sure to hit home with all Savannah area businesses. Don’t miss out on being part of the area’s largest business-to-business trade show. Find new leads, new contacts, and new ways to succeed!

The event will feature more than 100 businesses. By attending the Expo, you will be able to browse showcased products, purchase merchandise and hear about the services of local businesses in Savannah.

Seminars begin at the top of the hour beginning at 10 a.m. with the final one at 4 p.m. They are scheduled to last 45 minutes and are free and open to the business public; however space is limited and registration in advance is recommended by contacting Susan Smith at 644-6434 or SSmith@SavannahChamber.com.

4:00 p.m. Back to Basics, Networking Tips for Newbies and Seasoned Professionals
Presented by Jay Kelly, Owner, Bella Consulting Solutions.

The Chamber Business Connection will take place from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. as the closing event of the Expo. This is one of the Chamber’s most popular networking events, featuring complimentary food samples, courtesy of Savannah area member restaurants and caterers. There will be a cash bar. Participating restaurants and caterers are: Belford’s Savannah Seafood & Steaks, Bonna Bella Yacht Club, Cape Creations Catering, Club Stewart/Hunter Club, Garibaldi’s, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Leopold’s Ice Cream, The Olde Pink House, Shane’s Rib Shack, Sonic Drive-In, Sticky Fingers Smokehouse.
