Last Tuesday, the Savannah Chamber PR Council met via Zoom for their monthly meeting. This month they welcomed guest speaker Jennifer Strickland, co-owner of River Street Sweets and vice-president of River Street Restaurant Group. Jennifer presented on navigating the pandemic from a restaurant and retail perspective. She talked about the hardships her organizations faced including the internal decisions they had to make. Jennifer went through her team’s strategies, thinking processes, top resources and how they went about creating a plan the best they could. She ended her presentation stating the best thing we can do is to remain hopeful together.
