Organizing by Cheryl helps its clients to create beautiful, efficient, and stress-free space! I started Organizing by Cheryl in 2016 after hearing from friends, family members, and acquaintances that they were overwhelmed by their stuff. After working with clients, their homes and offices are free from clutter, AND they have systems to keep the clutter from coming back!

What new or exciting things are happening with your business?
I have been working with clients virtually since the pandemic started. This has given me flexibility in how I work with clients. I’m now also doing in-person organizing again, which is great, but I’m keeping the virtual sessions for those clients whose lives are so busy that they need a virtual option. Also, I have gained clients in other states through the virtual organizing sessions, so that is another perk of pivoting to virtual visits!

How are you standing out from your competitors?
My focus is and always has been on minimizing belongings. I help my clients to live with less so that they can focus on what they truly love in life. By getting rid of the excess stuff in our lives, we have the space and time to focus on what’s really important to us.

Why do you think businesses should participate in their local Chamber?
The chamber is a great way to meet other local businesses but also to spread the word about your own business. The chamber hosts fabulous events regularly with a goal of bringing businesses together! I highly recommend it!

What do you love about Savannah?
There’s not much that I don’t love about Savannah! I love the weather, the people, the gorgeous flowers, the breezy trees, the architecture, the food, and just the all-around good vibe that I feel from living here!
