Last Wednesday the Chamber hosted their Power Hour event at Tubby’s Tank House Thunderbolt. The speaker of July’s Power Hour was HR Office Savers director of business development, Foy Staley. Foy discussed what soft skills are and why organizations simply cannot do without them. Members who attended had the opportunity to learn why implementing soft skills training and following up throughout the entire organization shows returns on your investments.
