Travel counselors from TUI, the world’s largest tour operator, had the opportunity to explore all that Savannah has to offer during a recent familiarization tour. The 11 Germany-based agents were hosted by Visit Savannah’s director of tour, travel and international sales, Mindy Shea. The group was also going to Atlanta, Asheville and Charlotte during their visit. None of the agents had been to our area before and were excited to return home to promote the southern experience to their travelers.
