Ribbon Cutting for The Venue
DATE: June 16, 2022
TIME: 5:30 – 7 p.m.
LOCATION: 1446 Dean Forest Road | Savannah, GA 31405
On Thursday, June 16, Savannah will welcome a new banquet hall and event center named “The Venue”. The public is invited to celebrate the grand opening, which will kick off at 5:30 p.m. Guests will be able to enjoy delicious appetizers, wonderful music and a ribbon cutting planned for 6:30 p.m.
Organizing your special event takes hours of planning and logistics. The right or wrong setting can dramatically change the mood and even ruin your perfect evening. Therefore, it is so important to choose the ideal location. Both stunning and sophisticated, The Venue, a combination of style, comfort, and elegance is sure to leave your guests with lasting memories.
The Venue is owned by Gloria Ortega in partnership with Alex Salgueiro, a Savannah businessman and longtime Savannah resident. The Venue’s space is available for businesses and individuals to host live events, weddings, sweet 16 & 15’s, holiday events, meetings, celebrations, galas, conferences and more.
“The Venue is proud to be the only Hispanic-owned and managed entertainment venue in the region and is the only one with a “Ritz Carlton Ballroom” look and feel that provides elegance and sophistication at an affordable price. The facility has the capacity for 350 seated guests, a catering kitchen and over 250 parking spaces available.” said by Gloria Ortega.
The Grand Opening will be carried through jointly by the Savannah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce.
