Chamber Attends Savannah Interagency Diversity Council’s Meeting on Anti-human Trafficking Initiatives
Last week, Chamber’s Communications Manager Tanvi Chauhan attended the Savannah Interagency Diversity Council (SIDC) meeting on anti-trafficking initiatives. Mayor Van Johnson and SIDC Chairman Bill Gettis led the opening remarks about the Council.
The meeting touched upon ways to raise community awareness about human trafficking and ideas to facilitate Traffick Jam 2024, the second-largest anti-human trafficking event in Georgia.
