Visit Savannah and Partners Attend International Showcase
Mindy Shea, Visit Savannah’s director of international sales, recently attended Travel South USA’s 11th annual International Showcase. Shea was joined by partners Savannah Padgett from Noble Jones Tours and Haley Johns from the Best Western Historic District. The boutique appointment marketplace is designed exclusively for the international travel trade. The show featured 450 delegates from 17 countries, all individually selected to attend the event that spotlights tourism destinations throughout the southern U.S. During the event, Shea and her partners met with nearly 50 tour operators, many of whom now plan to feature Savannah in their suggested itineraries.
