Destination Services Manager Attends Conference in Nashville
Earlier this month, Visit Savannah’s destination services manager Laurie Humphries attended the Event Services Professionals Association (ESPA) Annual Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. This annual conference attracted more than 300 service managers from across the country to learn about trends in the industry, case studies, meeting planner panels and more. Peers amongt CVBs, convention centers and hotels networked, shared best practices and ideas on how to personalize the attendee experience and make a visit to the destination exceptional.
