Over the weekend, the Savannah Sports Council hosted over 2,600 enthusiastic runners from across the country for the 10th edition of the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and 5K. The festivities kicked-off with a pre-race fashion and fitness expo sponsored by Brooks at the Charles Morris Center on Friday. On Saturday, participants were treated to impeccable weather conditions for the half marathon, 5K races, and post-race party in Forsyth Park.

Kristyn Smith, Director of the Savannah Sports Council, expressed her excitement: “We are thrilled to welcome runners to Savannah for the Publix race. With the support of our sponsors and members, we could organize a top-tier race and provide enjoyable and unique shopping and wellness experiences for our participants.”
