MilkPEP held a press conference this week to officially announce the first-ever Every Woman’s Marathon, set to take place in Savannah on November 15-16, 2024. This historic event, located in Taylor Square—the only Savannah square named after a woman—will be the first full marathon in the country exclusively designed for women.

With more than 5,000 runners already registered, the event anticipates a sell-out. The press conference saw the attendance of several of Savannah’s elected officials, Visit Savannah and Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, City of Savannah officials, participating non-profits, and members of Savannah’s athletic community. They gathered to welcome Miranda Abney, Senior Director of Consumer Marketing at MilkPEP, and the race team, expressing strong support and partnership.
