Savannah is ranked No. 3 in the United States according to the Travel & Leisure World’s Best Awards 2024 readers’ survey announced that Savannah is No. 3. Savannah has consistently placed in the top five destinations on this prestigious list for almost two decades. This ongoing recognition has earned Savannah a spot in T+L’s Hall of Fame, awarded to destinations voted onto a specific World’s Best Awards list for ten consecutive years.

For the 18th consecutive year, Savannah stands proud again of being named a top place for visitors worldwide.”
The 700,000+ voters were looking for a critical characteristic: cities with a strong identity and individual uniqueness. Cities were rated explicitly on sights/landmarks, culture, food, friendliness, shopping, and value.
