Chamber Hosts ‘Biscuits & Bills’ Breakfast, Unveiling 2025 Legislative Priorities

On December 3, the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its inaugural Biscuits & Bills Legislative Breakfast.

This signature event unveiled the 2025 state legislative agenda and key pro-business initiatives. Held at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa, it welcomed over 550 participants and created a platform for networking among local business leaders and elected officials.

The program featured presentations from Chatham County legislative delegation members, who shared insights and perspectives on the Chamber’s 2025 Legislative Agenda. Key priorities outlined by the Chamber included proposed reforms to the civil justice system to curb lawsuit abuse, workforce development policies, and securing funding for critical projects at Savannah Technical College and Savannah State University.

Additionally, the Chamber emphasized its commitment to advancing transportation and infrastructure initiatives vital to the region’s growth and competitiveness.
