Society for Human Resource Management Georgia Legal Summit

The Savannah chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management is hosting its 2018 HR Summit May 4 at the International Trade & Convention Center. The summit will feature Lilly Ledbetter, plaintiff in the employment discrimination case Ledbetter vs. Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., and the person for whom the 2009 Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act was named. Mark Butler, commissioner of the Georgia Department of Labor, will also be speaking.
Employees of Chamber member businesses will be granted the SHRM member price of $95 for the one-day conference and lunch or $50 for the lunch only.   • 7:30 a.m. Check in/Breakfast
  • 8:15 a.m. HR Legal Summit
  • 12:30 p.m. Keynote Luncheon welcoming Lilly Ledbetter
  • 2:15 p.m. Book signing
