Annual Tybee Talk Educates on Customer Service
Tybee Island elevated its level of customer service skills this month with the 2018 Tybee Talk, an interactive class presented by Savannah Technical College.
Visit Tybee hosted its annual Tybee Talk last Wednesday and Thursday, featuring speakers Brendan Ferrara, dean of business and professional service programs, and Dr. Brent Stubbs, vice president for adult education. Following the class, attendees took a tour of the island to increase their knowledge of all the island has to offer. The tour included stops at the Marine Science Center, Tybee Post Theater, and Tybee Light Station.
These annual sessions are open to all employees of Tybee businesses, from front line staff to owners.
