National Beta Convention Wraps Up in Savannah

Last week, Savannah saw it’s largest city-wide convention ever with the junior and senior National Beta Club Convention. The group included around 20,000 high-achieving students between the 8th and 12th grades, who attended for academic competitions and fellowship with other members from across the country.
Beta officials had nothing but high praise for the welcome and hospitality offered by Savannah and its residents. They said this year’s attendance topped their last national convention, held in Orlando, which was their previous attendance record. Savannah may see the National Beta Club convention again in 2024.
