Georgia and federal law requires all business to post specific workplace notices to provide employees with information on worker’s compensation, employer vacations, the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and more.
After hearing from members frustrated by companies selling posters that were exorbitantly expensive, and worse, inaccurate or outdated, the Georgia Chamber is pleased to announce that they are now providing state and federal workplace posters in their HR Compliance Center.

Backed by the employment law expertise of member firm Troutman Sanders, the posters have been authored and packaged according to Georgia state and U.S. federal guidelines, so you won’t have to worry about researching the right posters for your company.

With a Georgia Chamber member discount of 20%, a complete set of required and optional state and federal posters costs only $40, and individual posters start at just $8. To provide added risk reduction for members, after purchasing the posters, the Georgia Chamber will notify your company if any part of the poster becomes out of date or needs to be updated.
