The Downtown Streetscape Improvement Initiative seeks design and construction improvements for Broughton Street, Bay Street, and River Street from Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard to East Broad Street in order to create a rich and exciting pedestrian realm. At this community meeting Tuesday, February 21, a general overview of the first two meetings will be presented, followed by a discussion of the detailed program elements for streetscape improvements on Bay Street. The community will have the opportunity to respond to 60% Conceptual Design progress. This meeting is open to the public and all community members are welcome to attend and share their input.
