The Savannah-Chatham Public School System will host a business partner appreciation event at the Oatland Island Wildlife Center on Thursday, May 11 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. This is an important opportunity to thank partners who work to support the school system and welcome new partners who may be interested in getting involved.
Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with school leadership and other community partners while enjoying barbecue and Lowcountry boil prepared by culinary arts students from the Woodville-Tompkins Technical & Career High School.
The district relies heavily on business partnerships to bring schools, businesses and community organizations together to benefit students and provide a strong foundation for the future economic success of our community. The Savannah Area Chamber encourages all businesses who are able to play an active role in the business partnership program. If you are interested in getting involved, contact Dr. Angie Lewis at Angie.Lewis@sccpss.com or 912.395.6765.
