Annual Tybee Talk to be Held Wednesday, May 17
Visit Tybee will host its annual Tybee Talk later this week on Wednesday, May 17 from 2 to 5 p.m. and Thursday, May 18 from 9 a.m. to noon. Tybee Talk is an interactive customer service training program designed to educate employees who work on Tybee Island on a series of customer service techniques applicable for all experience levels. This year’s keynote speaker will be Marsha Banes, tourism expert with Old Savannah Tours. Following the class, attendees will take a tour of Tybee while making stops at the Marine Science Center, Tybee Post Theater, Tybee Island Lighthouse and ending with a dolphin tour.
