Visit Savannah and Visit Tybee’s communications coordinators Summer Bozeman and Hannah Burnsed attended the Travel Bloggers’ Exchange (TBEX) North America conference earlier this month in Huntsville, Alabama. During the conference, Bozeman and Burnsed attended sessions on video content creation, branding, effective storytelling and more, while also attending networking events to meet with travel writers and digital influencers and discuss the potential for future partnerships. Each TBEX conference attracts 600-1000 delegates from around the world, making it the best opportunity for DMOs and travel brands to engage with the most influential travel bloggers and leading digital content creators. Speakers at the conference included journalists from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Coastal Living, National Geographic Traveler magazine and Lonely Planet.
