Destinations International hosted their Annual Visitor Services Summit last week in Columbus, Ohio. Laurie Humphries, Destination Services Manager at Visit Savannah, attended to engage in education opportunities and best practices. In addition, Laurie took part in exchanges of ideas among peers throughout the country on how to enhance the guest experience of those that come to Savannah and how to better engage them with our chamber members. 35 states and 3 countries were represented at the conference.
