Mindy Shea, director of tour, travel and international sales, spent several days in Orlando meeting with some of the country’s top receptive operators. Along with her counterpart from the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, Shea made a series of sales calls on the companies that facilitate international travel to the U.S. She was able to provide them with updates on Savannah hotels, tours and attractions, all in an effort to increase awareness of our destination. She was also working to develop a better understanding of the current challenges as they relate to international travel to America.
