2017 Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run Sets Pace for December

Last Saturday, about 4,000 participants joined the Savannah sports council for the 2017 Enmarket Savannah Bridge Run, known as “the South’s toughest bridge run.” Runners (and walkers) enjoyed mild weather and a sunny day for their run over downtown’s Talmadge Memorial Bridge, followed by a rocking Michelob ULTRA post-race party presented by HostSouth in Franklin Square, with Brunswick stew, beer and live entertainment. The day before the race, the Savannah Civic Center played host to a Health & Wellness Expo featuring vendors showcasing their snacks, events, merchandise and services tailored to runners’ interests. A full list of race results and times can be found at SavannahBridgeRun.com. See event photos below!
