Wayback Burgers, located at 8108 Abercorn St. in the Abercorn Commons Shopping Center (around the corner from Home Goods), will host a grand opening celebration Feb. 27- March 1 with a multitude of Burger Bash events including a ribbon cutting on Feb. 27 at 11:30 a.m. The schedule of events is as follows:
— Friday, February 27 at 11:30 a.m. – Ribbon cutting and iPad Mini Raffle

— Saturday, February 28 festivities begin at 11 a.m/ with radio personalities, bounce houses and face painting and a “Build Your Own Burger Contest” for non-profit groups from 2-4 p.m. A “Military Triple Triple” (a nine patty burger) eating contest will take place from 4-6 p.m.  Finish your night with Wayback movie night for kids and free house-made chips.

— Sunday, March 1, Wayback will offer half-price happy hour milkshakes, sci-fi movies and free house-made chips.

Other promotions and giveaways will be offered throughout the celebration including special pricing on kids and adult meals as well as contests for free burgers for a year.
