SCMPD Badge Pinning the Largest in Recent History
The Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department (SCMPD) hosted the largest badge-pinning ceremony in recent history on Friday, October 30 in Forsyth Park. During the ceremony, 35 officers were sworn in, four of which were officers returning to the force.
Thank you to these and all other law enforcement officers who have chosen to step forward and work to keep our community safe.
