Savannah Tire Hockey Classic Awards Thrasher Cup to Florida State
The 18th annual Savannah Tire Hockey Classic was held this weekend, featuring four of the South’s best collegiate hockey teams: Florida State University, the University of Florida, Georgia Tech and the University of Georgia. Official combined attendance for the two nights of games was 9,399 people. Florida State was awarded the coveted Thrasher Cup for the second time in the event’s 18-year history on Saturday night.
