Upcoming ribbon cutting events:THE AUSTRALIAN ABORIGINAL ART GALLERY TO HOST GRAND OPENING MAY 25
The Australian Aboriginal Art Gallery, located at 404 W. Broughton Street, invites you to its grand opening celebration on Wednesday, May 25 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Join them for the ribbon cutting of the only art gallery on the East Coast dedicated to Australian Aboriginal art! Come say G’day Mate, enjoy an Australian cultural experience, and learn more about our artists and their treasured works. This is a free event. There will be a painting silent auction with proceeds benefiting The Dwayne & Cynthia Willett Children’s Hospital of Savannah at Memorial Health, entertainment provided by Didgeridoo Down Under, Australian Pavlova from Savannah Coffee Roasters and Australian wine with light hors d’eouvres. Congratulations to OrthoNOW Orthopedic Urgent Care on its grand opening held on Wednesday, May 11 at the new facility located at 11102 Abercorn Street. Guests enjoyed music by Patrick Connell and refreshments as they toured the new, state-of-the-art facility and met the medical team under the direction of Dr. Johnathan Shults, M.D. OrthoNOW is an orthopedic urgent care center designed to offer a total orthopedic solution to patients on a walk-in basis.
