Visit Tybee Hosts Customer Service Training Programs

Visit Tybee hosted customer service training programs on Wednesday, May 18 and Thursday, May 19. Attendees completed interactive classes to help more than 100 staff members from Tybee businesses to think like concierges. Participants heard from guest speaker Hallie Mobley Anderegg, director of operations at the Tourism Leadership Council, who shared tips on pointing guests in the right direction and enhancing visitors’ experiences. After hearing from Anderegg, the class took a tour of the Tybee Post Theater and the Tybee Island Light Station and wrapped up the day with a dolphin cruise to learn firsthand what the beautiful island has to offer.
