Visit Tybee and Visit Savannah Meet with Travel Editors in Birmingham
Visit Tybee and Visit Savannah traveled to Birmingham, Ala., to meet with editors and writers from Southern Living, Taste of the South, Cooking with Paula Deen, The Cottage Journal, Victoria Magazine and Good Grit. At the event, Hannah Burnsed, communications coordinator for Visit Tybee, spoke to the media about upcoming events, local Tybee culture and what the quirky island has to offer for 2017. This annual PR mission helps the communications team solidify relationships with editors and create top-of-mind awareness for our destination.
