Savannah Featured as Top Spooky Getaway on NBC’s Today Show
NBC’s ‘Today’ show included Savannah among its favorite spooky getaways in a broadcast Tuesday morning, October 25. The program aired a portion of one of Visit Savannah’s award-winning “Savannah Hauntings” videos and hosts discussed the many ghostly legends surrounding the city’s history and its reputation as the “most haunted city in America.”
The ‘Today’ show, co-anchored by Savannah Guthrie and Matt Lauer, is the number one network morning show among the 25-to-54 age group, and is broadcast to an average of 1.78 million viewers weekdays at 7 a.m.
