CEDAR HOUSE GALLERY
Cedar House Gallery is a beautiful new art gallery in a stately home and grounds near Thomas Park. The historic house served as a home to a Savannah family for generations and now is renovated to provide private art studio spaces and several public galleries. For the special grand opening event May 18, the entire home will be open as a gallery filled with a diverse variety of media.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will start the evening at 5 p.m. followed by an opportunity to meet Cedar House’s first artists. Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. and continue until 9, and will include a performance by local band DRACKER alongside an open bar in the charming back courtyard. Food trucks will also be present in the green next to the house.
Cedar House Gallery will be open year-round to view and purchase artwork created by featured artists. Several rental gallery spaces on the main floor offer working artists space to exhibit their latest work. There will also be weekly and monthly events open to the public which will include the courtyard space. Space can be requested to host a variety of events.
The goal of Cedar House Gallery is to provide a home for all types of artists, from students to professional, local and nomadic, where a community of creatives can grow together as well as sell their work. This home will serve as a place to educate to the public how the arts can enrich their lives.

DONATOS PIZZA
Debbie and Bob Fischer of Savannah Rum Runners Bakery and their family are proud to announce that they are opening the first Donatos Pizza franchise in the Savannah area! Having roots in Ohio, the Fischers are excited to bring Donatos to Savannah, which is known for being family friendly and promote goodwill in business and the community.
Donatos based out of Columbus, Ohio is a family owned business founded in 1963, famous for edge-to-edge toppings on a crispy crust. Donatos has locations throughout the country the Fischers we are proud to be opening the first one in the Savannah area. They will be hosting a special VIP preview party on Monday, May 20, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., featuring special guests Jane Grote Abell, chairman of the board, and Tom Krouse, CEO of Donatos. Donatos Savannah will also make a special announcement about their partnership with Coastal Habitat for Humanity.

OLE BONES HISTORIC GRAVEYARD TOUR
Ole Bones Tours celebrated its successful 2019 launch with a ribbon cutting ceremony under the granite arch at Colonial Cemetery. After the ribbon was cut, the ceremony was followed by a reception at Cup to Cup Cafe featuring free drip coffee, snacks, and (non-alcoholic) drink specials for all attendees.
Ole Bones is a historic tour that seeks to uncover all the history buried in Colonial Park, Savannah’s 270-year-old graveyard. Owing to the prevalence of haunted tourism narratives in Savannah, the business was founded with a passionate focus on historical facts. Mr Bones, the business owner, holds ambitions of cemetery preservation and restoration projects. He asks that you celebrate with him this first step toward remembering the amazing people that built this beautiful city. Please join the Chamber in congratulating Ole Bones Historic Graveyard Tour!
RIVERVIEW HEALTH & REHABILITATION
Riverview Health & Rehabilitation has been remodeled and revitalized to help better serve the community, and hosted their open house to tour the center on Thursday, May 9. At the open house, Riverview Health & Rehabilitation greeted new and existing patients along with their families, our partners, colleagues and friends to celebrate recent renovations and new design.
