Recently, Visit Savannah hosted luxury travel writer Tara Povey for a few days of experiencing spring in Savannah and Tybee Island. Povey checked out some newly opened hotels, ate in some of Savannah favorite restaurants, and enjoyed an afternoon tour of Tybee Island. Visit Savannah’s director of digital media, Lauren Cleland, made sure Povey got some time in the sun at the Tybee pier.
