Last week Visit Savannah and Visit Tybee partnered with Georgia Tourism to host a group of five journalists from the United Kingdom on a tour of the two destinations. The group explored Savannah’s cultural and architectural history with a tour of the city, visited some of the city’s most popular attractions, and dined on Low Country cuisine before exploring Tybee Island’s beach, the pier and pavilion and splashing with dolphins on a dolphin cruise. The journalists in attendance represented the following publications:

• Arcadia: 100,000 print circulation and 225,000 unique monthly online visitors
• The Week Portfolio: 169,000 unique monthly online visitors
• The Scottish Sun: 248,419 print circulation and 4,000,000 unique monthly online visitors
• The Daily Express: 315,142 print circulation 39,618,314 unique monthly online visitors
