On August 6, The Chamber’s Small Business Council held its Power Hour luncheon at The Grand Lake Club at Southbridge. At the event, Chris Tilton of the Dewitt Tilton Group shared industry insights into the changes with commercial buildings and will answer any questions business owners may have about the modern manufacturing processes that are available today. The best that could be said was that they were utilitarian. But things change. Bag phones became smartphones. Black-and-white TV became color and then high-definition. Video rental stores became streaming services. And metal buildings became a trend, driven by innovation that drove up demand.
