Recently, Visit Savannah presented to members at the August meeting of the Savannah Downtown Business Association at the Clyde Venue on Martin Luther King Blvd. Destination Services Manager Laurie Humphries, Savannah Sports Council Director Rob Wells and Parnterships & Advertising Manager Matt Berkin spoke on “How to Leverage the Visitor Economy” and showcased opportunities for businesses to benefit economically from visitors. Details were presented on how to benefit from meetings and conventions via our services program, how to leverage the sporting events owned or supported by the Savannah Sports Council, and ways to get in front of visitors pre-trip or during their trip through the VisitSavannah.com or via Visit Savannah TV.
