The dates for the Rock ‘n Roll Marathon Savannah are now confirmed for the next three years:

• November 2-3, 2019
• November 7-8, 2020
• November 6-7, 2021

The marathon and half marathon event began in Savannah in 2011 and has attracted tens of thousands of race participants and their friends and family over the years since. Race weekend also generates millions of dollars in visitor spending each year and has helped Savannah attract other race events and conventions.

“We’re so pleased to be able to lock in the Rock ‘n Roll Marathon in Savannah and Chatham County for the next three years,” says Joseph Marinelli, president of Visit Savannah. “This weekend has lived up to its original promise of being “Savannah’s Super Bowl Weekend” by delivering exactly the types of visitors that we want coming back to our city year after year. The economic impact of an event this large affects businesses throughout the historic district and around the metro area.”
