Tybee Island’s Recorded Visitation Nearly 30,000 in 2018
In 2018, recorded visitors to the Tybee Island Visitor Information Center and the Tybee Beach Info Hut numbered 28,521.
Each day, the Tybee Island Visitor Information Center draws dozens of visitors from around the country searching for things to do, places to see and where to eat. The visitor center is located at the corner of Highway 80 and Campbell Avenue at the first stoplight on Tybee, and is open seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., excluding some major holidays.
