A 501(c)3 non-profit, EmployAbility’s mission is to prepare adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) for competitive employment and community integration in Chatham, Bryan, and Effingham counties. We work with +150 employers in a wide variety of industries, including warehousing and logistics, retail, hospitality, administrative, and more; and continually seek to partner with area businesses to hire our talented program participants. We are committed to connecting program participants with local employers, developing career opportunities with longevity, and to building community connections that promote workplace inclusion.Address
