The Savannah Wine Institute is a wine and spirits center located in the heart of Downtown Savannah - Johnson Square.Founded in October 2019 by NYC native Dayna Lee, we provide a comprehensive suite of recreational classes (Wine Tasting 101, Southern Comfort Food & Sparkling Wines, etc) and professional certifications (ServSafe Alcohol® training program) to inspire and empower wine & spirits professionals and enthusiasts, alike.
