The Board of Assessors is charged with discovering, listing, and determining the fair market value (FMV) of all real estate and tangible personal property within the county. There are three approaches to value: Cost, Market or Sales Comparison, and Income. The appraisal staff will consider the availability and reliability of sales, cost, income and expense information, and determine which approach is deemed to be appropriate for the subject property.Address
