Optimum Diagnostic Laboratory is owned and operated by Eleanor Quarterman, a dedicated Nurse of 33 years; also a Family Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified, National Registry Certified Medical Examiner, Breathalyzer & Alcohol Technician, and Certified Specimen Collector for both DOT and DNA collections. At Optimum Diagnostic Laboratory we understand the importance of accurate and timely services, and we strive to make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for our clients.
