Southern Crafted Opens, Bringing Local Charm to Savannah Homes
Southern Crafted, a new haven for handcrafted home goods, celebrated its grand opening on July 9th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Mayor Van Johnson. Co-owner Ashley McCorkle shared the inspiration behind the store’s unique collection, sourced from Southern artisans. Brad Harmon, Board Chair of the Savannah Area Chamber, welcomed the McCorkles to the business community. Guests enjoyed browsing the boutique, enjoying refreshments, and having a chance to meet one of the artisans. Help at Home Celebrates New Savannah Location
Help at Home, a leading provider of in-home care services celebrated the grand opening of their new Savannah location on July 10th. Branch Manager Desiree Bender cut the ribbon, surrounded by family, the Savannah branch staff, and a supportive community. Chamber representatives, including Chamber Ambassadors, joined community healthcare partners in congratulating Help at Home on their new space. Guests enjoyed refreshments and mingled with caregivers, community partners, and leadership staff. Help at Home has provided care for individuals in the Savannah area for over 45 years. Moon River Pool Care Makes a Splash!
Moon River Pool Care celebrated the grand opening of its new Savannah location on July 11. Veteran and owner Ion Bratianu cut the ribbon, surrounded by his Operations Manager Kyle Shiver, the Savannah team, Chamber staff, fellow Chamber members, and industry partners. Moon River Pool Care, established in 2022, has quickly expanded its services to serve the wider Savannah area. Vaden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Savannah Celebrates Expansion, Welcomes Community
Vaden Automotive celebrated the grand re-opening of Vaden Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Savannah (Vaden CDJR) on July 12th with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Owner and President Jane Vaden Thatcher cut the ribbon alongside her family, the dealership General Manager Xavier and his family, and clients. Chamber staff, Chamber Ambassadors, fellow Chamber members, and industry partners all joined in the celebration. This acquisition expands Vaden Automotive’s portfolio by four additional brands, offering Savannah-area consumers a wider range of transportation options.
