Chamber Business Connection Sees Larger Crowd Than Expected

More than 500 business professionals attended the Chamber’s Holiday Business Connection on the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa’s River Lawn, Thursday, Dec. 10. Attendees enjoyed networking, hors d’oeuvres and drinks along with the Westin’s Holiday Series attractions like the gingerbread village.
Unfortunately, due to a far larger crowd than the anticipated 250 attendees, guests were inconvenienced with long lines for drinks and food, and the event ran out of oysters. The Chamber greatly apologizes for this inconvenience, as we pride ourselves on the quality and smoothness of most of our events!

In order to adequately prepare food and staff for future business connections, the Chamber will work to encourage members to RSVP in advance.

Special thanks goes to the Westin/Savannah Harbor team, and General Manager Mark Spadoni, for their help in adding food and bartenders, and helping to manage the unexpected crowd.

Should any attendee feel your $10 entrance fee was not commensurate with your experience, please contact us and we will refund your entrance fee.

We hope, overall, a great time was had by most. The Chamber is looking forward to upcoming business connections in 2016! Click here to view more photos from the event.
