Chamber Welcomes New Members at New Member Orientation

An informational breakfast was held recently at The Savannah Golf Club to educate new members about the programs of the Chamber and to introduce its staff. The orientation is an opportunity for the Chamber’s newest business contacts to learn more about the various programs and services in a small group setting that encourages interaction.
Following a delicious breakfast, nearly 40 guests were welcomed by Chamber President Bill Hubbard and Chuck Brown, president of Infinity, Inc., the orientation sponsor. Self-introductions gave participants the opportunity to share a little information about their businesses with one another. Chamber and Visit Savannah staff members also gave overviews of their departments and programs of work. Guests were offered the opportunity to ask questions as well as visit one-on-one with staff at the conclusion of the program.

New Member Orientations are held around three times per year offering guests the chance to get to know the staff and the mission of the organization in a small, comfortable atmosphere.
