Last week, the Chamber hosted its 7th annual Holiday Oyster Roast Business Connection at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. Although the event was moved inside due to damp and chilly weather, the scene was no less elegant or welcoming inside the beautiful Harbor Ballroom. Members and member guests enjoyed four tables strewn with fresh-steamed oysters and all the acoutrements, along with beef wellington, hot pimento cheese dip, spinach and artichoke dip, charcuterie and an array of cookies and other desserts alongside a sparkling Christmas tree. Local act Bucky & Barry provided lively musical accompaniment to the sipping, snacking and shucking.
