Georgia Public Policy Foundation will present its new study on housing regulation, which finds federal, state and local governments account for more than one-quarter of the price of a new single-family home in Georgia – more than the national average. We’ll also discuss other factors in the rising cost of housing, as well as our future plans for tackling similar issues.
