The local hospitality industry gathered together last Thursday night to honor the best of Savannah’s tourism community during the 21st annual Tourism Awards & Scholarship Dinner, which was presented by the local trade organization the Tourism Leadership Council. At the event, Kim Webster, sales manager at Visit Tybee, was honored with the Member of the Year award.
Sixteen total awards were given to those who have gone above and beyond to make the tourism community a better place and six area students who have received scholarships to further their studies in the tourism and hospitality field. Please join us in congratulating Kim on her recognition, and thanking her for all of her hard work representing the destination!
