The 2020/2021 class spent three days exploring Savannah and meeting with local business and government leaders to discuss how our community handled the shut-down due to the pandemic and what Savannah expects to see moving forward. Leadership Glynn is patterned after Savannah’s successful program that began in 1961. City-to-city visits are important as the Chamber works to encourage regionalism as a key factor in area business development. Leadership Glynn met with Mayor Van Johnson, Visit Savannah President Joe Marinelli and Savannah Economic Development Authority President Tripp Tollison.
