Leadership Savannah Graduate Series: Focus on Literacy October 16

The next installment of the Leadership Savannah Graduate Series is set for Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at Victory North. The event will feature keynote speaker Kareem Weaver, a nationally recognized advocate for education and literacy. Kareem will deliver a powerful presentation on leadership, equity, and the transformative impact of education, offering valuable insights for Savannah’s leaders.

Following the keynote, a distinguished panel of local leaders will discuss leadership and the critical need for literacy improvements in our community. The panel includes Dr. Denise Watts, Superintendent of Savannah-Chatham County Public Schools; Roger Moss, community advocate and co-founder of the Savannah Children’s Choir; and Kimberley Waller, Executive Director of United Way of the Coastal Empire.

The evening will conclude with a cocktail reception, providing an excellent opportunity for graduates to network and connect with fellow leaders across industries. Don’t miss this evening of inspiration, thoughtful discussion, and camaraderie.
